Reduced Priced Bar
Another budget-friendly alternative to an open bar is to have a set drink price in place prior to your event. A “Reduced Fee Bar” allows event hosts to gift their guests lower priced drinks. Instead of using our typical bar menu pricing you will set a price that you’d like them to be for guests.
PRICING: This works as a tab - the drinks will be tracked during the event and charged out at the end of the night based on actual sales. Pricing varies per event based on guest count, buying habits, etc
HOW IT WORKS:
NORMAL DRINK PRICE $5.75
COUPLES DESIRED BAR PRICING $4.00
AMOUNT PAID BY COUPLE $1.75
STEPS:
Confirm you would like a reduced fee bar by selecting it on your “prep questionnaire” sent one month prior to your event or by emailing us at info@thegrandivory.ca
Upon arrival for your rental, we will set up your credit card on our bar system.
At the end of the event we calculate the total actual sales price using our normal bar pricing, and subtract the total amount paid by guests to determine the outstanding balance to be charged. We then add a 10% gratuity and change it to the card on file.
