What is your venue capacity?

Our capacity is 225 guests, seated comfortably while leaving plenty of space for a dance floor, food areas, etc.

What are the nearest hotels for our guests?

Holiday Inn Express 16km

Hampton Inn and Suites 16km

Four Points 16km

Casino NB Hotel 15.5km

Quality Inn 15km

There are various other hotels in the area, as well as several of AirBnb options.

Are there public transportation options?

Public buses do not service the area but Moncton cab companies do travel to the area.

There are various shuttle services for hire if you’d like something more concrete for your guests.

What are the liquor options?

Beginning in 2023 we will have a licensed bar on site.

This is a staffed bar that is included in your package price. Additional costs for the bar are only applied when upgrades are chosen, as per our “A la Carte” section.

Do you have table linens, or décor?

We currently do not provide any linens for our tables.

We have ivory cushions for our chairs but no other chair linens are offered.

We have various small décor pieces in the venue that can be used, but they may change periodically so it’s best to check with us often to see what is available for your rental.

Do you have an option for a single day rental?

We do offer single day rentals, but mainly for weekday events only as we like to leave our weekend dates open for three day packages. They may be an option for weekend dates during off-season (November-April)

Do you take bookings for events other than weddings?

YES! We’ve had past rentals for babyshowers, bridal showers, union meetings, training seminars and much more!

Are there specific vendors that we have to use?

We have a list of vendors on our site as a reference to our couples, there is no limits on who you can hire for your event - we want our couples to choose vendors that best reflect the vision for their special day

Are there any additional fees not included in the package price?

The only additional fees associated with a wedding rental is Special Event Insurance - which is typically around $150,

Can we tour the venue before booking?

Yes, we would be happy to show you around the space. Please reach out to book a viewing.

How far in advance can we book?

We are currently running bookings two-years in advance, as of now our calendars are open until the end of 2025

What payment methods are accepted for our rental?

Your rental invoice can be paid by cash, cheque or email transfer.

Credit Card payments are currently not an accepted form of payment.

Is there an option to create a payment plan to pay for our event?

We understand that budgeting for a wedding can be quite complex so we are more than happy to discuss how we can help make it easier on you.
