Full Open Bar
Gifting your guests an open bar allows them to celebrate with you without carrying cash or a card.
This works as a tab - the drinks will be totalled during your event and charged out at the end of the night based on actual sales.
You are welcome to add a comfort limit to this prior to the event - IE When the bar hits $2,000 please switch to a cash bar.
We work for you and the last thing we want is you worrying about the open bar total throughout your evening
STEPS:
Confirm you would like an open bar for your event by selecting it on your “Event Prep” questionnaire, or by email to info@thegrandivory.ca
Upon arrival for your rental we will ask for a credit card to set it up on our bar system.
At the end of the event we will close the event tab to the credit card on file with a 15% gratuity added.
