Open Cocktail Hour
This is a budget-friendly alternative to hosting an entire open bar
An “Open Cocktail Hour” allows event hosts to gift their guests drinks during a specific time frame.
IE between 5pm-6pm or the time frame between the ceremony and reception.
PRICING: This works as a tab - the drinks will be tracked between the open hours and charged out at the end of the time frame based on the total sales.
STEPS:
Confirm you would like to host an open cocktail hour during your event by selecting it on your “Event Prep” questionnaire, or by email to info@thegrandivory.ca. Please include the exact time frame you’d like the open bar to span.
Upon arrival for your rental we will ask for a credit card, and set it up on our bar system.
At the end of the timeframe we will charge the total of the tab to the credit card on file with a 15% gratuity added.
