By opting out we will be opening our service to other events, and cannot guarantee it will be available for your date,
Booking Details
All invoices will be made for the minimum three hour service, if more hours are required we will adjust once the event timeline is confirmed closer to your date
Exact shuttle times will also be confirmed closer to the date
SHUTTLE DETAILS:
24 guests per trip
Booked based on an hourly rate as determined by your event timeline
Can be used to get guests both to and from your event
Shuttle service from the venue, and up to two pick up and drop up locations.
This service can be booked by outside couples but priority booking will go to The Grand Ivory couples before dates are opened to external bookings.
COST:
$240/Hour of service for one drop off location
MINIMUM 3 CONSECUTIVE HOUR BOOKING REQUIRED
$250 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE EVENT
Increased rate applied for an additional drop off location, pricing varies based on secondary location and frequency.
The time frame begins when the shuttle leaves the venue, and concludes when the shuttle is empty and parked back at the venue
